Energy Efficiency
Conklin Company is proud to be an Energy Star Products Partner whose white roof
system meet the EPA’s energy-efficiency guidelines. With its hi-hide white, highly
reflective white finish (reflectivity 84 percent, emissivity 94 percent) and insulation
such as spray-in-place foam or rigid boardstock, Rapid Roof lll is thermally efficient.
The additional insulation will help you save substantially on heating and cooling
bill, too.
Easy To Apply
Rapid Roof lll acrylic latex elastomeric roof coating is easily rolled, sprayed,
or brushed over any approved new or retrofit roof deck, including metal, spray polyurethane
foam, plywood, approved isocyanurate insulation board, approved oriented strand
board, and smooth asphalt built up roofing.

Rapid Roof lll top coat is available in a standard white, tan, light gray and light
blue.
